I'm sure most of us here for the same reason; we have gout flair-ups and want to figure out how to stop them from ever happening again. I'm 53 hrs old and have been getting these "attacks" off and on for 25 hrs. It is now 3:15am, my foot and ankle are killing me and I have to be at work at 8am. There you go.:(
P.s. I suspect that the sweet potato chips I ate over the past three days may be the culprit this time and I want to find out if anyone else has had the same issue or issues with soy milk.
