A tricky one this. Would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Poor kid is in a lot of pain and I've not been able to offer much by way of comfort or optimism prognosis wise. Patient is in early 20's. Had surgery for a painless but substantial HAV in both feet around a year ago. Sorry, don't know...
