Hi everyone.

I'm new here and thought that my first post should be an introduction.

I had gout for about 20 years. I was taking traditional medication for years and although my gout attacks reduced in number, I was still suffering.

After a few years of trying different remedies, I finally broke through and have been gout free for around 5 years now!

I have done a heap of research on gout remedies, both natural and using traditional meds, so I hope I can contribute here and help others.

I really haven't done much research about gout, so I am here to learn. The only thing I know is what my doctor tells me and some of it is conflicting. I am new to this site also.
