Ok, here we go. I battled gout for 12 years. I am a firefighter. Worked through alot of pain. Shellfish/pinto beans and alcohol triggered my gout. It is different for all people. Trust me. I used to take allopurinol and colchicine for years. 1st, if u get an attack, stop the allopurinol. Just take colchicine. The good news. I followed the new medicine uloric(febuxostat) since 2003. Tad industries in japan created this. I was excited. Europe approved the med in 2008 and got raves. I got the mailing list when the usa approved it. Finally got to u.s. In 2009. I went to doctor 1st day and told him . Yes, told him i want this med. He said he never heard of it. He looked it up, also his data base. I am the 1st person in georgia to take this med. It takes 6 months to get good in your system.omg, i have been gout free for 2 years...it says you can have no reguard to food or drink. And guess what. I can eat all shell fish alcohol and all..this stuff is the bomb..i have tried it all. The med is expensive with my insurance at pharmacy, like 50$ a month. I get online from my pharmacy for 80$ 3 months supply..please listen to me. This is 4real...i have suffered...now i am doing it all...like i tell the guys at the fire house. U will listen to an old man 1 day..i,m only 48 though.lol....go get this med 2day...email me if u like..you are crazy not to get this...no more sufffering!!!!!!!!
