Third attack of gout...

Its 3 am here. and has wokeup of gout attack. it is third consicative attack before the previous attack was completely solved. I had been taking Celery seeds powder regularly but it don't seem to work on me.

I have started taking home made alkaline water. ie. 1teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in one liter of water. and i drink this water every day ( past 3 days) 4 liters a day. but suddenly i felt that i am feeling much refreshed. i dont feel lazy and bored. Is this because of the alkaline water? is this turning my blood alkaline too?

any one of you had same experience? pls share in either case.
