mostly my gout gets worse when ever i have acidity in stomach. has any of you experienced Same?
and a more thing... a day before attack.. i feel very pale and tired. same experience?

I can't say I've experienced the acidity in the stomach problem, but yes I do recall feeling a little under the weather before attacks.
But for me the biggest "tell" was the tingling in my big toe. It got to the point that I would feel the tingling and pop an anti-inflammatory as a precaution. It never prevented the attack but I think it lessened it.
Actually this is an interesting subject. It would be interesting to find out what telltale signs others have experienced.

mine is as Brett , no symptons other than the onset of a tingling in the toe , so I take a tablet ( Naproxen ) and drink lots of water, usually keeps an attack off

When I feel the familiar tingle, I take one of the many anti-inflammatories I have & can usually fight it off if I take it soon enough. Before a major attack, which I don't get anymore since I started Allo, I would get fever,chills,night sweats--just like a mild flu. Don't get that anymore.
