so I found out yesterday in the middle of my first attack that I have gout. I am a 37 year old health female. I am not overweight and eat a decent diet. Currently waiting the results of my blood test to come back in. My mom also has gout (although it effects her hands not her feet, like me)
I am very interested in understanding this disease and treating it naturally, supported by diet as well.
I keep trying to research gout supplements but honestly have a hard time trusting the sites since they all sell the products.
What supplements have you tired and loved. I am not looking for something that is going to help immediately since I had a steriod shot and that has help immensly, I am looking for something that will work over time minimizing my chances of having another attack.
