I posted this in the wrong forum previously, so I'm moving it here--couldn't delete it from the other one, but I'm not spamming, honest!:)

I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if this has been discussed to death! But due to my blood pressure meds, I cannot use NSAIDs. Is there anything else over the counter that I can use that will treat the inflammation?

As a natural remedy, have you looked into trying cherry juice/capsules, ask your doctor, also drink plenty of water (again provided your doctor is Ok with this). You could also look at getting some gentle massage from a physio.

I did try cherry juice and some other remedies, but they were marginally effective. I wound up seeing a rheumatologist who has things under control at this point. GREAT doc, and I feel infinitely better!:D Thanks for your concern and advice, though. I appreciate the empathy!

I use NATEUCA eucalyptus and cajeput mixture. It helps me within a minute and I mean it. I also put a capful in a warm footbath from tome to time and soak my feet. It also has begun to disolve a heel spur I had. Hope it helps you. Google the name NATEUCA there's plenty of good news written about it.
