I you are casting a foot with a significant FF supinatus (I didn't measure it) do you want to capture the full supinatus in the cast? Or do you want to cast it out by plantarflexing the 1st ray? The reason I ask is that technically speaking it is not a true deformity but rather a soft-tissue...
