Smile sucess with gout relief

Hello, My husband has been battling gout for 10 years. Tried all the different medications, diets, herbal remedies, etc. with limited success. I am posting this because finally this past january, we've found something that has worked remarkably well for him. In addition to having gout, he has been trying to control his high cholesterol with statins. he has tried many statins, but he cannot take them. after a month or so either his muscles are too achy or the statins increase his gout attacks. He started taking an over the counter treatment called Cholest-Off. We thought it was just coincidence that after a couple of days his gout improved, but soon it disappeared completely. After two months he had his blood work done again and his cholestrol was still high, but his uric acid level was 5! In 10 years, it has always been over 8! We were amazed. In May, due to what we thought was a side effect of the allopurinol (persistent cough) his doctor took him off the allopurinol. It is now almost August and since he has been on the Cholest-Off in January, he has been gout free. HE is off the allopurinol which is a good thing to just not have to take a medication. His uric acid again was 5, when we had it tested last week. I am offering this out to others because I know how frustrating it is to try and get relief. I have no connection to product, other than we are so thankful this has worked for him. Perhaps this will help someone else. P.S. The cough went away after a dose of antibiotics. He had broncitis, which we think was unrelated to the allopurinol, but hey, one less drug to take :-) now we just have to find something to control his high cholesterol.
