Default Are Orange Juice/Cheese/Nuts Okay??

I'm another new guy who's confused by conflicting advice. I'm ready to eat more healthily but it's hard to know what to do. My concerns are:

1) Is it okay to eat nuts in general. Somewhere I saw, "Almonds only."
2) Orange Juice = Good or bad. This is a biggie.
3) When they say low fat dairy does that mean cheese. I tried low fat cheddar and there was a definite difference.
4) I tried no fat cottage cheese. It low fat too much?

Any info on these greatly appreciated.

Yeah - def stay away from orange juice - try cherry or pomegranate juice instead.

Nuts are OK for me - but just plain ones - no salted varieties.

Yes you should prefer cherry juice rather than orange juice. The dark berries are also beneficial like blueberries, blackberries etc.
